Learn to Knit Private Group Workshop: 1/2 day (max 12 people)
Learn to knit the fundamental stitches on a practical project to finish at home, with Linda Reeve
We cover the very basic concepts of knitting, graduate to casting on your own masterpiece, and learn the essential knit and pul stitches.
At the end of your workshop you take home your project (scarf or blanket square) to complete, you will be able to cast on and off (start & finish) and master the 'knit' stitch and 'purl' stitch all on very own your set of bamboo needles.
No need to bring anything, all your materials will be supplied. We do encourage you to bring a sense of humour and a taste for snacks. There is always plenty of laughs and a delicious array of treats to keep us going.

We supply everything you need to get you started on your very first project, and full instructions so you can complete your work at home, or start a new piece:
1 x set of bamboo needles (4mm)
2 x ball of 8ply pure Australian Merino wool, assorted unless colours specified
Knit pattern book to take home
We believe tea, coffee, hot chocolate and delicious treats are essential to producing great knitting, so we will have a table of snacks to keep our energy up during the session.
Unfortunately we can't cater for specific dietary needs, but we should have some vegan and GF options.
